Our Whey is also cold processed. Usually, most of the whey which is available in the market is treated with high heat method thus making the whey deficient of nutrients and acidic in nature. The immune supporting qualities of whey; amino acids and nutrients are damaged during heat processed method. In order to maintain the whey in its natural state and to preserve all the nutrients during the manufacturing process, the cold method must be used. We make our whey by using sweet processed method and by using enzymes instead of acid to separate the whey. Acid processing is a cost cutting and more convenient method to separate the fat from the whey and that’s why most companies use it, but it destroys the amino acids in it. So we stay away from acid processing method completely.
